Hello! I am Maria Curelli of the Curelli Group Keller Williams. I am so very proud to be a part of Keller Williams Realty in Austin, TX working at the office where the company began. I absolutely love KW and what we bring to our customers. I lean into our culture of integrity, commitment, customers first, creativity, teamwork, and trust. My background is very diverse and when you hire me you will get all of my skills working for you! I began my studies in fine art and earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Colorado State University with a concentration in Graphic Design. I also have a minor in Spanish and love to converse bilingually. While living in Colorado for 20 + years I worked for various design and photography companies and eventually opened and ran my own design firm until my move to Austin. Also while living in CO, I raised 2 wonderful children, remodeled homes, enjoyed gardening, skiing, running, and the outdoors. When I arrived in Austin 15 years ago I decided on a career change. I always wanted to flip homes, so that is what I learned to do. After researching how to buy distressed properties, I bought and remodeled my first one in Buda, just south of Austin. I went on to flip over 50 more homes during the next 2 years with a local broker. We had incredible success averaging 22% ROI on the majority of our flips. After a few years of doing this, I switched gears and joined Keller Williams. I absolutely love what I do now and am grateful to be with the KW family. I love helping people find their “home” and helping people sell their properties as seamlessly as possible. I am a hard worker, honest, dedicated, and will always put my clients needs first. My specialties include: working with Buyers (ABR® Accredited Buyer Representative), working with Sellers, (SRS Seller Representative Specialist) Pricing and Marketing homes to Sell, Investment Properties, and Relocation Services. I have also earned the RENE, Real Estate Negotiation Expert designation.
